Our story
Gowtham Property developers is a subsidiary company of Gowtham Amarjothi group of finance, Cheyyar.
With Gowtham Amarjothi finance, we have been in the finance business for over 30 years and we have an excellent reputation. We have 60 branches in 8 different districts and around 72,000 happy customers. With our finance we provide daily, weekly, monthly loans and we are generally Referred to as a micro finance entity.

Real Estate:
We were looking to get into the real estate sector for quite some time.But we couldn’t find the ideal spot for our first project. We were waiting for an opportune moment and the moment presented itself in the form of Gokulam Finance Senthil Kumar. He brought this project to us and proposed we take it forward. We looked at the site and it fit all our essentials for a real estate project. We were convinced and the heirs of late Pulavar Govindhan were kind and happy to sell the land to us so we could create this project.
As a homage to late- former speaker Pulavar Govindhan, who brought Cheyyar on the map in the 90’s, we named one nagar Pulvar Govindhan nagar and another, our brand, Gowtham Nagar. Our first and the ambitious project was born and formed under Gowtham Property developers.
